This role involves coordinating outpatient dialysis services, managing staff scheduling, ensuring regulatory compliance, and overseeing administrative functions within the outpatient care setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule outpatient dialysis treatments and staff coverage.
  • Ensure all treatments are performed according to policies and regulations, with accurate documentation.
  • Provide guidance and support to outpatient care staff, collaborating with management for staffing and performance evaluations.
  • Participate in quality improvement programs and staff training.
  • Communicate with healthcare providers and monitor patient conditions.
  • Manage technical maintenance, supplies, and emergency procedures.
  • Handle administrative duties including billing, payroll, and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (R.N.).
  • Minimum of 9 months nursing experience plus 3 months in dialysis care.
  • Experience in an acute or chronic dialysis setting preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Additional Details:

  • Travel between facilities may be required.
  • Physical demands include desk work, patient interaction, and possible exposure to infectious materials.
  • Employment is contingent upon passing the Ishihara Color Blindness test.
