Are you a visionary leader with a passion for technical performance and risk management? We are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead the global Independent Technical Review (ITR) program, shaping how technical risks are identified, understood, and managed across our engineering operations.

You will play a key role in establishing performance metrics and supporting the Technical Risk Review Board (TRRB), driving continuous improvement and capability development across our defense, aerospace, and engineering projects.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and continuously improve the Independent Technical Review (ITR) process
  • Conduct ITRs globally and analyze themes, metrics, and risks to inform improvement initiatives
  • Develop Technical Performance Metrics (TPMs) and implement data capture solutions
  • Support the operation of the Technical Risk Review Board (TRRB), including reporting and secretariat duties
Requirements:
  • Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive background in systems engineering
  • Proven experience conducting technical reviews
  • Broad experience across commercial and defense projects
  • Strong understanding of technical risk and performance management
