Technical Engineering Manager

\Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Engineering Manager to join our team. This is a senior-level position that will be responsible for leading the planning and scheduling of global engineering governance and assurance activities.

\Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and delivery of technical governance frameworks
  • Oversee the implementation of independent technical authority frameworks
  • Communicate changes in technical governance activities to engineering integrity teams
  • Drive the development and delivery of training programs for technical engineers
\Requirements
  • Extensive background in systems engineering
  • Proven track record in commercial or defence engineering projects
  • Strong understanding of process development and technical governance
  • Ability to work across international teams and complex programmes
\Qualifications
  • Degree-qualified Engineer
  • Chartered or Professional Engineer status (desirable)
