The ACT Government is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to two executives in the Strategic Policy Division. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the executives' offices and their respective branches.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Executive Branch Manager, Commissioning, Policy and Service Design, and the Executive Branch Manager, Housing and Inclusive Policy.
- Assist with the development and implementation of policies and programs related to children, young people, and families; multicultural affairs; veterans; seniors; women; housing and homelessness; disability; Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander affairs, and human service system reform.
- Support the preparation of reports, briefs, and other documents for the executives and their teams.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for the executives and their teams.
- Proven experience in providing executive-level support in a government or corporate environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
