Dental Equipment Specialist

As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, calibrating, maintaining, and repairing dental equipment. This role requires delivering expert technical service and support to both internal and external customers. You will also schedule and attend service calls, promoting preventative maintenance services.
Main Responsibilities- Installation, calibration, maintenance, and repair of dental equipment.

- Scheduling and attending service calls to promote preventative maintenance.
This is an opportunity to apply your problem-solving skills in the dental industry. You will work in dental practices across Western Australia, installing and maintaining state-of-the-art medical equipment, while enjoying the support of an experienced technical team.
You will work closely with the Sales team and Technical Support Coordinators to ensure accurate and timely reporting through our PDA system. You will also maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in accordance with policies.
A key aspect of this role is ensuring a safe working environment by following all health and safety procedures. This includes working in dental practices across the region, installing, repairing, and maintaining medical equipment, and providing expert advice and service to clients.
