Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in payroll or a related finance/admin role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced team environment
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll, including calculations and reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and benefits information
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of payroll systems and processes
  • Provide timely and professional responses to payroll queries and requests from employees and management
