Job Title: Dedicated Customer Service Professional

Bendigo Bank offers a unique opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. As a key representative of the bank, you will be at the forefront of our service delivery, empowering customers to achieve their banking goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Exploring customers' needs through in-depth conversations to help them achieve their financial objectives and partnering with different specialists within the branch
  • Supporting customers with their digital literacy and online banking needs as we continue to innovate our offerings
  • Being the face of the branch and customer service, processing transactions, handling cash, investigating queries or assisting with paperwork while keeping risk considerations at the forefront
  • Embracing an attitude of lifelong learning, bringing your brilliant mind and taking your career to the next level with on-the-job training and external development opportunities

This is a permanent, part-time position located in Benalla. The roster is 60 hours per fortnight, with Monday to Thursday shifts from 8:45am to 5:15pm.

To succeed in this role, you will consistently deliver exceptional customer service, have experience in customer-facing environments and the ability to achieve targets, strong attention to detail to ensure secure, accurate transactions with a risk mindset, confidence to communicate with new and existing customers face-to-face and over the phone, eagerness to understand and communicate what makes our bank unique, drive for collaboration and teamwork to work together and achieve our goals.
