About the Role

  • Be the primary point of contact for customers, handling transactions, investigating queries, and assisting with paperwork while prioritizing risk considerations.

  • A strong attention to detail to ensure secure, accurate transactions with a risk-focused mindset.
  • The confidence to communicate effectively with new and existing customers face-to-face and over the phone.
