About The Role
  • Disassemble and inspect hydraulic cylinders, pumps, motors, valves and drive components to identify any defects or issues.
  • Use specialized tooling and equipment to repair and rebuild hydraulic systems, ensuring they are functioning safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor and report stock levels of consumables to inform future work planning.
  • Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment, recording details in our systems.
  • Participate in daily pre-start meetings to discuss tasks and goals.
  • Complete accurate and thorough paperwork and reports for all work completed.
  • Ensure all tooling is well-maintained and fit for purpose.
About You
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Display a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Have experience working in a heavy earthmoving or automotive workshop environment.
  • Possess welding capability.
  • Exhibit attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Hold preference but not requirement: hydraulic cylinder repair and small component rebuild experience and current forklift license.
