Drive Deal Value with Expert Transaction Diligence

We are seeking a high-performing Senior Consultant to join our market leading Transaction Diligence team in Melbourne.

As part of our team, you will work with world-class clients on complex deals, identifying key value drivers, challenging assumptions, and providing expert financial and commercial insights. You will also participate in due diligence engagements, analyse financial results, project manage information flows, and assist partners with business development activities.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, business, finance, or economics
  • Membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants or international equivalent
  • A strong work ethic and ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas in a collaborative environment
