About the Role

Darling Downs Hospital and Health Service is embarking on a transformative journey with a new hospital on the horizon. We're building a Capability, Culture, and Engagement team to enhance our workplace, making it safe, inclusive, and focused on learning and growth. Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the rollout of our employee listening strategy, including coordinating listening mechanisms, handling post-survey activities, and assisting with analysis and action planning.
  2. Help implement our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion action plan by serving as the primary contact for related enquiries.
  3. Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate workshops from our Leads Self Suite of programs.

About Us

Darling Downs Hospital and Health Service's region is a large geographic area covering approximately 90,000 square kilometres across Southeast Queensland. We are one of the largest employers in the region, with a diverse team of more than 6,000 staff. We deliver frontline health services across our 28 facilities and care for nearly 300,000 people, support the birth of almost 3,000 babies and perform more than 15,000 breastscreens.
