Job Overview

As a Strategic Business Leader at DoorDash, you will be responsible for driving growth of our convenience and grocery businesses in Australia.

About the Role
  • Oversee top-line revenue growth, including delivery volume, subtotal sales and product assortment for our convenience and grocery businesses in Australia.
  • Owning the business strategy for expanding revenue — setting goals, making trade-offs and optimizing resource allocation across the organization will be key.
  • Reporting to stakeholders on business growth and progress against plan.
  • Understanding customer needs and behaviors at the lowest level.
  • Collaborating with finance to make informed investment decisions and optimize pricing strategies.
  • Partnering with Product, Engineering, Data Science & Machine Learning teams to conceptualize, build and deploy product features and enhancements that improve customer shopping experiences.
  • Working with marketing and customer teams to plan and execute in-market communications and campaigns, driving awareness and adoption of our services.
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the top-line growth of one of DD Australia's largest lines of business.
  • Develop a growth strategy that educates and engages Australian customers in new categories we offer.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, consumer products, sales, CRM and merchandising to market and grow the Australian convenience, grocery and alcohol business.
  • Leverage quantitative skills to draw insights from customer feedback, data analysis and then apply those learnings to build a growth strategy for the country.
  • Succeed with key enterprise clients globally.
