Job Summary: The Event Coordinator is a key role in the Division of External Engagement, responsible for coordinating and communicating events, sponsorships, and stakeholder liaison.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate event logistics, invitations, and sponsorship arrangements
- Develop and implement effective quality systems and procedures for event management
- Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, sponsors, and internal teams
- Prepare and deliver high-quality documentation, reports, and communications
Requirements:
- High level of knowledge and experience in event coordination, sponsorship, and communication within a complex environment
- Experience in leading, coordinating, and delivering events with budgets exceeding $100,000
- Excellent client engagement and relationship management skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail, analytical skills, and organisational abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in preparing professional documentation
