Job Title: Exhibition Event Planner

We are seeking a skilled event coordinator to join our team as a casual Exhibitions Coordinator.

The role involves planning and coordinating events from start to finish, ensuring every detail is accounted for. This includes managing a range of exhibitions, liaising with clients, exhibitors, and contractors to deliver exceptional experiences.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, providing operational support during exhibition bump in/out and event setups/pack downs.

This role is primarily office-based but requires flexibility to work outside standard hours during events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate events from start to finish.
  • Manage a range of exhibitions, including liaising with clients, exhibitors, and contractors.
  • Provide operational support during exhibition bump in/out and event setups/pack downs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess strong planning and time management abilities, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, a client-first attitude, problem-solving skills, and a self-starter mindset. A Diploma or Degree in Event Management (or relevant experience) will be highly regarded.
