Senior Business Development Role

We are seeking a seasoned business development professional to lead our national direct-referral strategy. As a key member of our growth team, you will build trusted partnerships with healthcare providers and retirement villages across Australia.

This is an exciting opportunity to drive revenue growth, develop strategic relationships, and contribute to the success of our mission-driven organization.

  • Develop and execute a national direct-referral strategy to identify and prioritize high-quality referral partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, GPs, medical specialists, and retirement villages to generate referrals.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop co-marketing campaigns and partner collateral.
  • Manage the partner lifecycle, including prospect research, pitching, contract negotiation, and performance management.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in business development within the healthcare or aged-care sector.
  • A strong network of referral partners and a proven track record of building long-term relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade and close deals.
  • Commercial acumen and the ability to craft win-win value propositions.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities, maintain impeccable CRM hygiene, and meet tight deadlines.
