Key Accountabilities

Hospitality Expansion & Concept Development

• Lead the end-to-end development of branded hospitality venues — from initial scoping and build, to launch and ongoing activation.
• Define venue formats and operating models in line with long-term brand and business strategy.
• Oversee a high-performing team of designers, project managers, and external partners to deliver on our expansion agenda.
  
  

Partnership & Portfolio Management

• Manage a growing portfolio of partner venues across multiple brands, ensuring brand consistency and best-in-class execution.
• Build and nurture long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with hospitality partners.
• Work closely with marketing, digital, and sales to ensure venues are true "spiritual homes" for our brands.
  
  

Customer Experience & In-Venue Execution

• Lead the improvement of customer experience across all venues — lifting standards in look, feel, service and brand presence.
• Champion data-led decision making, utilising insights around customer satisfaction, venue growth and team engagement.
• Drive in-venue activations in collaboration with marketing to create memorable and impactful brand moments.
  
  

Leadership & Culture Building

• Build a high-performing, passionate team culture that celebrates creativity, excellence, and attention to detail.
• Lead by example with a hands-on approach and strong internal collaboration across Asahi and AB Ventures.
• Embed a proactive, solutions-focused mindset and own delivery of change initiatives that elevate venue performance.
  
  

About You

• You bring extensive experience in hospitality leadership, branded venue rollout, or partnership/trade marketing, ideally within on-premise environments.
• You have a strong track record of launching and scaling industry-leading venues — you know what great looks like, and you won't settle for less.
• You're strategic and commercial, with deep understanding of consumer trends, financial performance, and operational excellence.
• You're a natural collaborator — confident working across diverse teams and with external partners to bring concepts to life.
• Your communication skills are strong, and you know how to influence at all levels — from site teams to execs.
• You're deeply passionate about hospitality and energised by growing people and creating standout guest experiences.
• You're proactive and solutions-oriented, constantly looking for ways to improve and future-proof the business.
• You're open to travel and excited to be on the ground where the action is — visiting venues, partners, and industry events.
