About the Role

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing outstanding service and support to EG customers.
  • Promote products and offers in store to drive sales and engagement.
  • Operate point of sale systems and manage fuel and stock deliveries to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain a safe working environment at all times and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure the premium presentation of our stores through effective merchandising and stock control.

Requirements

  • Previous retail experience is highly valued in supporting our store team.
  • A confident attitude and energetic approach to every day is essential.
  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail are crucial in delivering great experiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • A great communicator who is solutions-focused and able to work effectively with others.
