Customer Service Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Assistant at Dusk. As a Customer Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the success of our stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of our candles and homeware products, enabling you to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers.
- Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create visually appealing store displays and ensure that our stores are always well-presented and inviting.
- Teamwork: Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets, maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, sales trends, and customer preferences, and provide feedback to the management team on areas for improvement.
