We are seeking a seasoned Technical Sales and Support Specialist to join our team.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in chemical engineering or a related field, with extensive experience in the chemical industry. They should have a proven track record of providing exceptional technical support and sales expertise to clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering expert guidance and troubleshooting process challenges, while also identifying opportunities to enhance hydrogen peroxide applications. They will lead field trials, analyze performance data, and provide practical solutions tailored to mining and water treatment environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading technical consultations, troubleshooting, and field support to ensure safe and optimal deployment of hydrogen peroxide systems.
  • Designing, executing, and analyzing field trials to validate product efficacy and deliver actionable insights for process improvement.
  • Delivering targeted technical training and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to identify opportunities, support proposal development, and enable technical selling.
  • Communicating client needs and trends to cross-functional teams for product enhancements and strategic planning.
