About the Role

RACQ Group is seeking a skilled Campaign Developer to join its Data Analytics division within the Decisioning and Insights team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for executing data-driven marketing campaigns across multiple channels, leveraging tools like Adobe Campaign and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, structure, and analyze internal and external data using a range of analytics technologies.
  • Deliver solutions using agile methodologies, collaborating closely with business stakeholders.
  • Develop analytic solutions to support business units across the group, driving key performance objectives.
  • Reduce costs, increase revenue resilience, mitigate business risks, and optimize processes through data-driven insights.
  • Play an active role in shaping business requirements, prioritizing work, and managing delivery to milestones.
About You

We're looking for a talented individual with strong data engineering skills, particularly when working with large and complex datasets. Your commercial thinking and ability to form strong business partnerships will be crucial to your success in this role.

  • Demonstrated experience in executing data-driven marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong data engineering skills, including SQL on AWS Redshift and AWS Athena.
  • Business acumen and data acumen, with the ability to interpret findings and present insights to a business audience.
  • Highly developed communication and business engagement skills.
