Global Laboratory Equipment Support Specialist

A highly skilled Technical Specialist will contribute to delivering exceptional support for laboratory equipment customers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert technical assistance for laboratory products via face-to-face interactions, phone or email.
- Establish strong relationships with customers through excellent advice and support.
- Collaborate closely with commercial teams to drive opportunity conversion.
- Work in partnership with product management to develop marketing collateral highlighting key product benefits and applications.
- Assist with field-based and virtual product demonstrations and training sessions.
- Deliver comprehensive product training for colleagues.
- Take ownership of resolving customer complaints and issues promptly.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific discipline is required.
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant industry experience is necessary.
- Extensive hands-on experience with laboratory equipment and applications is essential.
- Strong organizational and time management skills are critical.
- Excellent customer-facing skills and ability to build positive relationships are vital.
- Proficient in English language (oral and written).
