Technical Transaction Specialist Role

This role presents an opportunity to drive merchant customer growth and collaborate with clients to provide innovative payment solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support merchants by identifying new sales opportunities for both new and existing clients.
  • Actively engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and setup.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of transactional banking, acquiring, and payments products, including e-commerce, POS, and ERP systems.
  • Skilled in strategic sales conversations about acquiring solutions (CP/CNP, 3D secure, tokenization, API integration).
  • Understands the operational impact of transactional banking on businesses.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience working with diverse teams, including sales, tech, marketing, and product teams.
