Role Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the development of innovative solutions in healthcare.

This key position will be responsible for defining product vision, roadmap, and opportunities to deliver product outcomes more effectively.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with business units and external clients to determine solutions aligned with their needs and strategic product roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Engage with stakeholders to determine solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide product-level vision and direction to teams and stakeholders by creating high-quality business requirements.
  • Plan and prioritize product backlogs for the development of new functionalities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

At least 3 years' experience as a Product Owner or equivalent in a software development environment, preferably within the healthcare industry.

Previous experience with software implementations and/or project management, working with internal and external customers and prospects to document business requirements.

Experience working in Agile software development environments is highly regarded.

Certifications as a Scrum Product Owner/PM qualification are also desirable.
