Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Minecraft product development manager to join our team. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation and development of interactive Minecraft products, ensuring high-quality experiences align with user engagement and company objectives.

You will collaborate with our creative and production teams to research, ideate, and strategize product launches into the Minecraft Marketplace ecosystem under the guidance of our Marketing Director.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Managing new Minecraft Marketplace product development from concept to launch.
  • Interpreting data and trend analysis from our creative team.
  • Researching products and competitors on Minecraft Marketplace.
  • Utilizing research and data to inform new product ideation.
  • Working with mod developers and set designers using clear briefs and feedback.
  • Organizing and managing our Minecraft Marketplace presence.
  • Managing complex projects and meeting deadlines and quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess a strong understanding of Minecraft, exceptional project management and leadership skills, effective cross-team collaboration and communication, an understanding of Gen Alpha and Gen Z cultural trends, and an understanding of Minecraft Marketplace restrictions and guidelines.

You should also have experience with Microsoft Partner Centre/Compass/Auger platforms and be proficient in creating engaging and high-quality content for the Minecraft community.
