We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Revenue Professional to join our high-performing team. As a key member of our revenue management department, you will be responsible for ensuring that each hotel in your portfolio achieves optimal financial performance and has an optimum STR RGI performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Revenue Yield Management for all hotels in the portfolio
  • Pricing Approval for corporate, wholesale & group bookings across the portfolio
  • Assistance in implementing and updating revenue management operations, procedures and best practices
  • New Revenue Opportunities Identification and Strategy Deployment
  • Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Annual Reporting as required
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships with Regional General Managers and Hotel Managers
  • Achieving market share growth per Hotel/Cluster and increasing YoY RGI market performance
  • Daily Analysis of Pick-up Trends, Strategy Adjustments and Reporting
  • Monthly Cluster Performance Review and Development of Strategic Action Plans with the Commercial Team
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality Management or similar field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Hotel Reservations or Revenue Management function
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel Skills
  • Comprehensive understanding of revenue management principles within a multinational hotel chain
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Reporting, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience using iDeaS Pricing System (IPS) or similar Revenue Management system is preferred
  • Experience in handling channel managers like SiteMinder is preferred
