Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team in Alice Springs. As a Dispatch All-Rounder, you will utilise your experience and customer service skills to provide all-round support to our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting valued customers in selecting products and providing advice on product-related projects.
- Assist the despatch team with stock control and liaise with customers to ensure products are ready for pick up or transport in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with trade and retail customers both locally and regionally, ensuring that their orders are processed efficiently and effectively.
- Contribute to a safe working environment by adhering to critical safety rules.
- Collaborate with department team members and managers to ensure branch targets are being met.
About You: To be successful in this role, you will need a Car License (essential), a reliable attitude, clear communication skills, attention to detail, numerical literacy, and the ability to work in a team environment.
