Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and organized individual to join our team in the role of Warehouse Logistics Coordinator.

Your primary responsibilities will include receiving, inspecting, and properly storing incoming supplies, equipment, and materials in accordance with established procedures and inventory management systems.

You will conduct regular inventory counts, perform stock checks, and update records to ensure accurate stock levels and prevent discrepancies.

In addition, you will prepare shipments, pack items securely, and arrange for their dispatch based on requisitions or orders, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to delivery schedules.

You will coordinate with logistics teams to manage transportation, distribution, and tracking of materials to various locations as per mission requirements.

In this role, you will assist in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse, including handling materials safely, following safety protocols, and disposing of waste appropriately.

You will operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks to move materials and perform loading and unloading tasks.

Requirements

  • Able to obtain a US or Australian security clearance
  • High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics
  • Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules
  • Capable of standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy items, and working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills

This is a full-time position.
