Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

About the Role

This is a key position that involves coordinating logistics activities to ensure smooth operations across teams. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information
  • Break down projects into manageable tasks and set timeframes and goals
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants
  • Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that all installations and repairs meet or exceed set standards
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be a US or Australian citizen
  • Possess an active US Top Secret/SCI w/Polygraph or AUS PV Clearance
  • Have a minimum of five years of maintenance operations coordination experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
