About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Car Park Standards Manager to join our team at Secure Parking. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining car park standards across all our sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Car Park Standards: Create a comprehensive car park standards manual, including guidelines for signage, bay sizes, line marking, cleanliness, and more.
  • Ensure Consistency and Compliance: Roll out these standards across all car park locations and ensure adherence through regular inspections and audits.
  • Conduct Routine Checks: Conduct routine checks to assess cleanliness, safety, and functionality, reporting breaches to stakeholders and following up as needed.
  • Oversee Car Park Attendants: Oversee and guide car park attendants and support staff, including their training, performance evaluations, and scheduling.
  • Ensure Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and assist in developing site risk assessments and bay count audit procedures.
  • Prepare Reports: Prepare and present regular reports on car park standards and breaches at EXCO meetings.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 Years of Experience: Minimum of 5 years in retail, facilities management, or a related field with a focus on standard development and implementation.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with WHS regulations and industry best practices.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Policy Development: Proven ability to create and enforce policies and procedures.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in management software and tools.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving capabilities.
