Job Overview

As a Centre Manager Assistant, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team in a recreation and/or aquatic centre.

  • Foster a culture of excellence by providing coaching, inspiration, and leadership to your team members.
  • Work closely with the Centre Manager to drive attendance, program participation, and revenue growth while ensuring health, safety, and compliance.
  • Develop strategies to enhance customer experience, sales, and operational efficiency across all centre functions.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff, adhering to NSW Health regulations and guidelines.
