Team Leader Position

We are looking for a skilled and experienced team leader to join our team. As a team leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of our online fulfillment centre.

About the Role
  • Leading a team of professionals to achieve operational requirements.
  • Training and coaching team members to model the company values and ways of working.
  • Collaborating with others to ensure team safety and fostering a healthy culture.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to take their retail and warehousing leadership experience to the next level.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a manager or supervisor in a warehouse, logistics or fulfillment centre, online hub or retail hub.
  • Experience leading and coaching team members, including developing team skills to model the company values and ways of working.
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills, with a strong focus on ensuring team safety and fostering a healthy culture.
  • Expertise in order management systems and Microsoft office applications desirable.
  • Current accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification.
