We're seeking a talented retail merchandise manager to shape the retail product strategy from the ground up.

About the Role

In this newly created position, you will own the end-to-end retail product assortment process across our store network, creating monthly trend-led assortments tailored to store size, location, and customer profile.

  • Partnering with supply chain to streamline delivery timing and inventory flow
  • Aligning in-store visuals and marketing with product and trend direction
  • Analysing sell-through, product performance, and customer insights to optimise future assortments
  • Monitoring the competitive retail landscape and adapting with product strategies
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have experience in retail buying management and be able to drive curated, high-performing assortments that reflect our brand. You will need to have 5+ years' experience in retail buying management, ideally in a high-velocity, multi-store environment, as well as strong commercial acumen and the ability to operate with pace and autonomy.

You will work closely with teams across merchandising, planning, supply chain, visual merchandising, and marketing to drive cross-functional alignment and ensure seamless retail execution.
