Senior Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled retail professional to manage daily store operations.
- Oversight of sales and customer service strategies is crucial for success.
- Leveraging leadership skills, staff will be coached and trained to improve performance and productivity.
- Visual merchandising and inventory control strategies drive sales growth and profitability.
- Providing exceptional customer service and expert advice on pool and spa chemicals, equipment, and maintenance is vital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock management, and cash handling with precision.
- Support customers with water testing and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Address customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and implement strategies to achieve business goals.
- Maintain a strong understanding of new products and industry trends, staying up-to-date with market developments.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of senior retail experience, preferably in a leadership role.
- A proven track record of driving sales growth and improving profitability is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to build strong relationships with customers and staff.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills enable identification of opportunities for improvement and implementation of effective solutions.
Working Arrangements:
The successful candidate will work Saturdays and Sundays, with occasional evening shifts. A competitive salary package and employee discounts are offered.
