Job Title: Senior Retail Manager

As a highly motivated and ambitious professional, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of sales associates and contribute to driving business growth. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about working with luxury products and delivering exceptional customer service experiences.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Coach and train team members to develop their skills and expertise in selling luxury products
  • Assist the store manager in maintaining high standards of store presentation, visual merchandising, and in-store safety
  • Support the store manager in administrative and operational requirements, including managing inventory and supplies

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Experience in supervising and leading teams in a retail environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues and customers
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Passion for working with luxury products and delivering personalized customer service experiences

What You Will Be Doing:

You will be responsible for creating professional and personalized experiences for our customers, assisting the store manager with the day-to-day running of the store, coaching and training team members, leading by example, and upholding high standards of store presentation.
