About the Role
  • Responsible for managing payroll operations in a high-volume environment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Manage a large workforce of 185 employees paid on a weekly and monthly basis, emphasizing attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. End-to-end payroll processing, from receipt of data to payment issuance.
  2. Coordinating with various stakeholders to resolve payroll-related issues.
  3. Maintaining accurate records and reports as per regulatory requirements.
  4. Identifying areas for process improvements and implementing changes.
Required Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of payroll principles and practices.
  • Proficient in ELMO and INX systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
