Join a dynamic team in a remote work environment as a Payroll Support Administrator.

Job Description

As a Payroll Support Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of payroll processes. Your responsibilities will include accurate data entry for payroll processing, tracking and following up on placement approvals, and monitoring outstanding timesheets to ensure timely payroll finalization.

You will also be responsible for managing the payroll inbox, responding to inquiries professionally and promptly, investigating and resolving discrepancies in payroll transactions, and collaborating with internal teams for smooth and compliant payroll processing.

In addition, you will utilize Astute Payroll effectively for candidate setup, payroll management, and rate card/rule group configuration. Experience with tools such as JobAdder, Loxo, Bullhorn, MYOB, or Xero is an advantage.

The ideal candidate will have a college graduate degree, 1-3 years of experience in payroll administration or HR support, and must have experience using Astute Payroll by Deel.
