With continued company growth comes an opportunity for a suitably experienced Payroll Administrator to join our Finance team at South Guildford, providing support to the Payroll team as well as other business units.
The Role
As the Payroll Administrator, your duties will include, but will not be limited to:
- Assist with Employee and Manager queries
- Review, accept and follow up of new hire payroll forms and terminations
- Process and complete system setups for new hire contract changes
- Assist with fortnightly payroll for approximately 750 employees nationally
- Process bonuses and workers' compensation payments
- Assist Site Supervisors with staff rostering
- Follow up pre-Payroll approvals (e.g timesheets, pay adjustments, allowances, leave etc)
- Configure, trouble-shoot, and maintain the Payroll Software - Dayforce
- Run end to end pays for small groups of employees
- Process payruns on internet banking
- Attend to adhoc payroll queries and reports from areas within the business
- Minimum 1 year experience in Payroll
- Strong MS Office skills, especially in Microsoft Excel
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to communicate at all levels
- High level of organisation with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and adhere to strict deadlines
- Experience in Dayforce (desirable but not essential)
