Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Educational Designer to join our team. As an integral member of our organization, you will play a key role in enabling the design, development, and delivery of effective blended and online learning environments.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in designing and developing synchronous and asynchronous learning materials, as well as functional and pedagogical aspects of digital learning objects, learning management systems, and educational technologies.

About the Role

  • Designing and developing high-quality learning materials and experiences that cater to diverse learner needs
  • Providing expert advice and training to staff on the effective use of educational technologies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • A relevant degree with at least five years' experience in education and technology or an equivalent alternate combination of relevant knowledge, training, and/or experience
  • Expertise in instructional design, adult learning theory, and educational technology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the organization
