Director of Learning Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Director of Learning to lead our 94-place early childhood service in Queensland's north-western suburbs. The ideal candidate will be confident, supportive and dedicated to building positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and mentor a team of educators to deliver high-quality learning experiences for young children
  • Develop and implement curriculum programs that meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Build strong relationships with families and stakeholders through open communication and collaborative partnerships
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of the centre's vision and goals

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • First Aid certificate, including asthma and anaphylaxis training
  • A strong understanding of EYLF and NQS
