Pursuits Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Pursuits Specialist to support high-quality bids and submissions.

This dynamic team is responsible for leading the full lifecycle of pursuit activities from identifying opportunities and coordinating responses, to compelling crafting submissions that win new work and support business growth.

  • Manage end-to-end Expression of Interest (EOI), Request for Proposal (RFP) and tender submissions.
  • Read new tender documentation and fully understand the requirements for the submissions process.
  • Coordinate with teams to craft compelling, visually engaging submissions using InDesign.
  • Support in developing win strategies and value propositions.
  • Coordinate internal strategy meetings, follow up meetings, staff and sub-consultant input to meet deadlines.
  • Write, edit and tailor content that turns complex technical information into clear narratives.
  • Maintain and update CRM databases and marketing collateral to support pursuit success.
  • Quality Control the appearance, editorial content and relevancy of responses for proposals.

Success in this role means you can confidently engage with stakeholders and have a proven ability to coordinate efforts that enable your colleagues to meet tight deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Journalism or Professional Service degree).
  • 3+ years' experience working in a bids or pursuits capacity, preferably within the industry.
  • Experience working within architecture – highly advantageous.
  • Mastery of Adobe InDesign CC and MS Office products.
