About the Role

The Adina Vibe Hotel Darwin Waterfront is seeking an experienced and passionate Hotel General Manager to lead our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations and performance of the hotel, ensuring smooth running and exemplary guest service.
  • Prepare and review budgets and forecasts, manage and chase debtors, oversee orders and conduct audits.
  • Partner with Sales, Revenue and Marketing to build an annual business plan and actively monitor and revise it based on hotel performance.
About You
  • A proficient leader with a minimum of 5-7 years' experience managing a complex, medium to large-scale resort-style property (220+ rooms) with food and beverage and conferencing.
  • Experience working in the hospitality industry, preferably in a remote city or a centralized hotel management model.
  • Demonstrated achievements in delivering growth results in hotels and driving revenue.
  • Exceptional owner engagement with strong negotiation skills.
  • The ability to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience in working with strata properties in Australia, including knowledge of relevant laws and compliance.
  • An inspirational leader managing teams, building culture and developing talent pipelines.
  • Proven experience managing high volume food and beverage.
  • Previous experience with the management of a refurbishment project (deliver on time and budget).
  • High standards of attention to detail and strong communication (written & verbal).
  • Excellent grooming and personal presentation.
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and First Aid Certificates.
