About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at ALH Hotels in the Northern Territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a large, multi-skilled team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the venue, including opening and closing procedures, back-of-house administration, and staff recruitment and rostering
  • Develop and implement business growth initiatives to drive revenue and profitability
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve financial and business targets

Requirements:

  • Proven hospitality leadership experience, preferably in a food, bar, and gaming environment
  • Ability to lead, develop, and coach a large team
  • Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Current industry RSA, RSG, and Approved Manager qualifications
