Key Job Responsibilities

The Commercial Contract Manager will oversee the entire lifecycle of commercial contracts, engaging with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while supporting the maximisation of our strategic business objectives.

  • Draft, review, negotiate, execute, and renew commercial contracts.
  • Lead negotiations with clients, suppliers, and partners to secure favourable terms and conditions.
  • Evaluate contract compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
  • Mitigate potential risks associated with contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, sales, commercial, procurement, finance, and operations to ensure contract terms are understood and adhered to.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-10 years' experience in commercial contract management.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and commercial terms.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple contracts and projects simultaneously.
