About the Role

You will have full accountability for running the deli department, contributing to a store that is exceptionally presented, welcoming, and engaging for everyone.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and motivating your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targets
  • Maintaining high department standards, including stock management, rotation routines, waste control, and quality assurance
  • Driving process simplification and adhering to strict audit, food safety, and compliance standards

  • Delighting customers with outstanding shopping experiences

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience working in fast-paced customer-facing environments
  • Direct or indirect leadership experience, with a focus on team development and motivation
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high department standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to drive process improvement and simplify complex tasks
