Our company has 60 showrooms, 10 warehouses and over 700 staff across four states. We offer a wide range of products and services to support the health and independence of our clients.


Our clinical team is made up of over 75 Product Specialists and Assistive Technology Professionals (ATPs). They are experts in assistive technology and equipment prescription, committed to delivering exceptional allied health services.


We work alongside the wider allied health community, as well as the general public, hospitals, and residential aged care facilities across Australia. Our goal is to champion comfort, dignity, independence, and improved quality of life for all our clients.


The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Home and Community Care Team as a Product Specialist. You will use your product knowledge to deliver real results for clients in the community, while building meaningful relationships with therapists and healthcare professionals.


In this role, you will balance managing a referral caseload with undertaking new business development opportunities. Your expertise in assistive technology will be essential in providing expert advice to a wide range of clients.


You will conduct trials and demonstrations of our market-leading Home & Community Care equipment, working closely with allied health professionals to offer solutions that support the health and independence of their clients.


Your responsibilities will include delivering education sessions and in-services for referrers to showcase our product range, building new business opportunities, achieving and exceeding sales targets and performance goals.


About You
  • A background in aged care, disability, healthcare, or sales
  • Confidence in conducting product trials and speaking with clients, families, and health professionals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Great time management and the ability to manage your own schedule
  • Motivation to hit KPIs and deliver outstanding service
  • Ability to safely handle and transport equipment
