Chaplaincy Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified and experienced chaplain to provide quality person-centred care that meets the needs of our community, clients, staff and volunteers.

This is a permanent part-time position based in St Marys, with competitive salary packaging available. We value personal well-being and work collaboratively as a team.

About the Role

As a Chaplain, you will provide high-quality pastoral care to individuals and groups.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with local churches and other community organisations.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve organisational goals.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualifications in chaplaincy /pastoral care or theological qualifications with willingness to undertake specific training within 12 months.
  • Able to demonstrate high level of Christian spiritual maturity with a pastoral heart.
  • Active involvement in and recommendation from a local Christian Church.
  • Current 'Working with Children Check' and willingness to undergo a police check.
