About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide personal spiritual support and pastoral care to residents and clients in line with their preferences and our organization's Mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized spiritual support and pastoral care to residents and clients
  • Support mission formation activities for employees within the residential aged care home
  • Maintain a safe working environment to protect yourself, colleagues, and residents, adhering to all policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Cert III or Cert IV in Pastoral Care or similar qualifications in theology or spirituality
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the Catholic faith, particularly as it relates to the dignity of life and aged care
  • Commitment to supporting the pastoral/spiritual care needs of the sick and elderly and their family members
