Job Description

As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality of our civil infrastructure projects across New South Wales. With a strong background in civil engineering and experience working on large-scale construction projects, you will play a key role in ensuring that our projects are delivered to the highest standards.

Working closely with our project managers, construction manager, and systems manager, you will take a lead role in implementing best-practice quality systems across our projects. This includes liaising with engineers and supervisors to ensure that all aspects of the project meet our high-quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, with a strong track record of delivering quality outcomes in a similar role. You will also possess excellent communication skills, strong client relationship skills, and the ability to form strong relationships with multifaceted site teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the quality of civil infrastructure projects across New South Wales.
  • Implement best-practice quality systems across projects.
  • Liaise with engineers and supervisors to ensure high-quality standards are met.
