About This RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality clinical nursing care to residents, promoting their dignity, life, and spirituality.
Responsibilities:- Deliver direct clinical nursing care to residents, adhering to best practice procedures.
- Act as a key member of our care team, coaching and supervising the personal care team.
- Work safely to protect yourself, colleagues, and residents, following all policies and procedures.
- A kind heart and genuine passion for delivering high-quality care to the elderly.
- Current AHPRA registration after completing a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Thorough understanding of aged care legislation and quality standards.
- Demonstrated knowledge of AN-ACC assessment processes.
- Strong clinical knowledge, particularly age-related health issues.
- Effective conflict resolution and communication skills.
- Emotional intelligence and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to apply for police checks and NDIS clearance.
