We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and maintaining a thorough understanding of our product range.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer experience by understanding and addressing customer needs in a friendly and professional manner
- Engage with customers, providing product knowledge and recommendations to facilitate sales
- Achieve individual and team sales targets by effectively promoting and selling our products
- Maintain a deep understanding of our product range and stay up-to-date with new offerings
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations and a positive shopping environment
- Participate in merchandising and stock management activities to maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
